The Box Office is now able to process credit and debit cards as well as accepting cash or check for ticket sales.

General Admission

All tickets for shows at the Building Stage are general admission. The house is flexible and small. The seating arrangements change for most every show in our theater. The maximum number of seats is limited at 100 but many shows are even more intimate.

The Building Stage is a unique venue. Intimate and expansive. Rough and polished. It is one of the most flexible blackbox theaters in the city. And it plays host to a variety of events: original creations made onsite by the Building Stage company, productions by visiting companies (including many of the top Chicago off-Loop theaters), as well as a variety of free experimental events.

Once considered "off the beaten path," the Building Stage is quickly becoming the place to see the best of Chicago's off-Loop theater scene.
